ANNUAL MEETING – DUES – BOARD ELECTION
Due to the coronavirus (Covid-19) this year’s annual meeting will be postponed until a later date. However, we will be conducting our election of Board members and collecting the annual dues as required by ILEHA Bylaws.
The Board would like to acknowledge and thank all homeowners and their families for the cooperation and caring demonstrated during this troublesome time. Respecting social distancing and assisting neighbors in need has helped keep us all safe and united as a community. Thank you!
Annual dues of $125 is now due. Please make checks payable to ILEHA and mail along with your ballot to:

Note: The Board has approved a cutoff date of September 1, 2020 for payments. Dues received after that date will be assessed a 7% penalty pursuant to the Deed Restrictions. Annual dues are used to cover costs associated with maintaining Association properties, including mowing, fertilization, clean-up, irrigation systems, utilities, and taxes. Also, they help fund ILEHA sponsored activities, printing & mailing costs as well as any necessary and approved administrative expenses such as legal, website maintenance, etc.

The ILEHA Board is asking all drivers to be conscience of their vehicle speed when driving in the neighborhood. The residential speed limit is 25 mph and is especially important in our neighborhood because we have a rural residential setting that does not include street lights or sidewalks. Therefore, walkers and children playing are using the street. Please, slow down!
