  • The volunteer Board of Directors is elected by the homeowners, or as otherwise specified in the Bylaws. For further information about the limitation and restrictions of the powers of the Board of Directors, please refer to the Governing Documents on this page. 

    The Board of Directors meets at least once every three months.

  • Please take the time to familiarize yourselves with the Bylaws and Deed Restrictions documents you received during the home purchase process. 

    The self-monitoring model, along with open communication, has shown to be most successful and preserves positive relations.

  • Landscaping and Architectural Requests

    Please keep in mind that structures and initial landscaping require approval. In general, anything that will be a permanent addition to a residence requires approval. Fences, storage sheds and anything with a foundation are examples.

  • The Board of Directors passed a Motion to restrict access to ILEHA’s financial documents to ILEHA Homeowners that are in good standing. Homeowners wishing to view financial documents should contact the Secretary or email board@ileha.org requesting a copy of ILEHA’s financial documents. Upon receipt of the email, financial documents will be emailed to the requesting Homeowner.
